Return Period

In accordance with Danish consumer protection law (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Full Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at your registered email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
